The ZyLAB Partner Portal and its online content ("Portal Content") is proprietary and confidential information of ZyLAB Distribution B.V., and/or its suppliers, customers or other third parties. No person may obtain access to the Portal Content, or to any information contained therein unless he/she has been granted a username and password by an authorized representative of ZyLAB. Any person obtaining access must keep the information contained therein confidential, and may use the information only as expressly authorized by ZyLAB, in order to perform his/her duties as an employee of ZyLAB, or as set forth in any Value Added Reseller, Distributor, Integrator, Software Service (AMS) or other customer agreement.
